Maintenance packages are available to any company with air conditioning systems or refrigeration units as well as RSSAC customers.

Regular maintenance keeps a system running at maximum efficiency so your energy bills don’t increase. It also reduces the risk of a costly breakdown.

A typical maintenance contract includes two six monthly site visits. In brief, during an air conditioning maintenance visit, our service engineers check the following items and more:

• clean and replace filters
• sanitise indoor coils
• inspect general operation
• check refrigerant charge.
