AJ Meats, South Wales

AJ Meats are a well-established chain of butchers in South and West Wales.

When buildings were converted into a meat preparation and storage area, we were able to advise, install and commission the refrigeration system. All equipment, cold rooms and meat preparation areas were installed in line with current legislation and enable A J Meats to work within the confines of the Health and Safety Regulations.
