These offices were a new build, due to expansion of a worldwide company based in Madley Herefordshire. We needed to work in partnership with the main building contractors to ensure the installation of the air conditioning system went smoothly and on time – we’re pleased to say it did!
We designed, commissioned and installed a Hitachi 3 pipe heat recovery air conditioning system, which consists of one outdoor unit with a duty of 70kW which in turn is connected to 19 indoor units throughout the building. As always, we are aware of the importance of the company’s communication network and installed a totally separate system to cool the computer server room.
